Award winning optometrist

With over 20yrs of experience as an optometrist Shazia and her excellent team of staff are ready to help you in all matters of eye care from eye exams to replacing screws in your glasses! All eye exams in Scotland are absolutely free and are paid for by the Scottish Government, our principal Optometrist Shazia will be delighted to provide you with your free eye exam.

Shazia Yousaf BSc(hons)

Shazia Yousaf BSc(hons) is the Director and Principal optometrist of Stephen Tang Opticians from September 2014-present. She has been a friendly face at Stephen Tang Opticians throughout the years as she was the main locum for Stephen.

Ian Semple

Ian Semple Ian joined the team in 2017 . Coming to the practice with over 25yrs experience in the optical field, Ian is responsible for producing excellent eyewear , be that the attention to detail given when measuring and ordering spectacles or a simple repair or adjustment. Ian is the friendly face who will greet you at Stephen Tang Opticians.

Micheal - Audiologist

Micheal our in house audiologist will take through a detailed examination to assess all your hearing needs

We now offer free hearing asssements carried out by Calder hearing care - Micheal our in house audiologist will take through a detailed examination to assess all your hearing needs - services provided include procedures such as ear wax suction removal to tailored made hearing aids suiting every budget - call in store to arrange for details or phone 0141 781 0388
